Infarco, S.A., owner of the pharmaceutical company Laboratorios Cinfa (a Spanish market leader within the field of generic drugs), bring forth its experience in the development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
Our activities range from the development of generics medicines starting from galenic formulation to the industrial manufacturing of the finish form. This process is always done while maintaining the strictest and highest quality and safety standards, as to ensure the safest handling of the high activity products. Cyndea Pharma develops its products as to later license them for commercialization to other pharmaceutical companies, which specializing in the area of women's health.

High activity: is the term used to refer to those molecules that have visible effects on the body at low doses. As a general rule, highly active molecules are those that have the following occupational exposure limits (OEL) ≤ 10 μg/.
According to the regulations governing the manufacturing of drugs, these highly active molecules require special facilities and the implementation of a series of control and containment measures, as to prevent cross-contamination with other products as well as to maintain a worker´s level of exposure well below the environmental limits.

FACILITIES:

Cyndea´s facilities are located in Ólvega (Soria) and house state-of-the-art technology for the manufacturing of highly active medicines, allowing us to provide the highest excellence in service and customer satisfaction seeing that the entire process is carried out under the highest standards of quality and safety.
In 2009, we opened our manufacturing plant in Ólvega. The plant is made up of 5000 m2 and includes the following: a warehouse used for the storage of raw materials, a plant designed to manufacture highly active oral solids, a pilot plant and fully equipped laboratory to assure quality control. Cyndea Pharma is authorized by the Spanish health authorities as a pharmaceutical laboratory and is certified according to the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

 

The area of R & D within Cyndea Pharma has a professional team composed of doctors and graduates in Pharmacy, Chemistry and Biology, which allows the continuous development of new and highly specialized generics. Cyndea's commitment to R & D is well reflected by its annual investment of 2 million Euros toward the development of new high activity generic medicines.
